Yes, I saw that. That would be way cool if it actually happens, but I have profound doubts that they will actually get people to cough up $2.8 billion to fund it. The only way I can see something like that getting built would be like Cinderella's Castle at Disney World: something to be the centerpiece of a theme park. But I can't see the Tolkien Estate buying off on a theme park, either. Or a theme park builder being willing to spend $2.8 million on one thing.
